    I had to transfer an online order here after the 2 closest locations to me were out of stock. I live over an hour away and my stores would not have the sheet vinyl flooring type I needed for at least 10 business days maybe more. I was told to order it asap to make sure it’s not sold out wherever I can get it because it’s a popular item. I ordered right then as I was told, and because of Christmas Eve, Christmas, and working the next day I had to wait 3 days to get it, as this location is far from my home. When I got there the sheet roll was hanging limp on a cart and completely bent almost at 90° on each side. The flooring was badly creased and even had a burnt/badly damaged spot on the end. This isn’t even the worst part! When I asked if I could get a new sheet cut, I was told it was my fault for not picking it up when it was placed, that they’re not responsible for damage that occurs from how they keep it AT THEIR STORE! How on God’s green earth am I supposed to know that if I don’t pick it up immediately, then it’s on me if their staff can’t or will not store my items so they’re not damaged????? Lowes policy is 7 days. I was well within that time and for MANAGEMENT to tell me it’s my fault it’s damaged now and I should have just called to make sure they had it and driving OVER an hour when they can’t hold it. And by the way, when I just asked if someone could help roll the 8x12 sheet the 8 ft way (which should have been common sense on the first place) my spouse and I were interrupted multiple times by the staff saying it’s not refundable. I even asked if I could just pay AGAIN for a not damaged sheet and guess what? Surprise, surprise they are sold out, so it wouldn’t have mattered if I tried to just buy it today. I had to have this order sent here because 2 other locations accepted and cancelled and come here and then get treated worse than I have at any home improvement store in my LIFE because they don’t know how to store items and hold the customer accountable for that somehow. I will never ever come to this location and I will make sure any contractors or DIYers know to steer clear if our Local stores are out of something. It’s not worth the runaround and the horrendous treatment. Now I’m stuck with damaged and dirty flooring I had to pay full price for after driving almost 2 hours to get treated horribly.
