    I came in here pissed off after having a horrible experience at Home Depot across the street giving me the wrong advice resulting in a failed project. I would have never imagined two people would make me smile and give me the BEST expereince- Steve from the gardening department and the kind African American women in the paint dept. Truly both such genuine, knowledgable and kind people. Im shopping here from now on. Knowledge and kindness matters and goes a long way.

    My first ever disappointment with Lowe’s hardware store! All I want is a window washing cloth and squeegee that will screw onto the pole I already have. But Lowe’s has chosen to go with one brand. I’ve never heard of before that has a proprietary connection system. I don’t care how good that system is, all I wanted was something to use with the pole I already have!

    Bought a $2500 washer and dryer set 3/21/26 which they scheduled delivery for the wrong day after confirming with me twice, no biggie I adjusted my schedule for Lowe’s. The purchase rewarded me $100+ in Lowe’s money that needed to be used within 30 days. I tried to by mulch within the 30 day window and they were sold out. They told me to come back next weekend, today is Sunday 4/26/26, and we’ll still honor the Lowe’s money. Went back today, now two days after the 30 day expiration, to be told my Lowe’s money is expired. Spent 30 minutes on Lowe’s customer service chat only to be told there is nothing Lowe’s can do. Complete waste of time, money, gas, brain power.. I’m a verified veteran in their app and have shopped with Lowe’s for years now but the customer service is gone. Sad day.

    I recently had a great experience at Lowe’s in North Alpharetta (Windward). Dri, the manager, went above and beyond to help with my large patio project order. Although some items were delayed due to backstock, the level of customer service was exceptional. Dri explained everything, arranged new delivery dates, and accommodated additional items with ease. David and Debbie in appliances were also wonderful in helping me with another order. Overall, this Lowe’s team made everything smooth, personalized, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back for future projects!

    Can't end a lowes home improvement purchase trip with out stopping at home depot. Never carries all the stuff needed. Add on, placed a pickup order, after 24hrs and them saying ready for pickup, it is not picked from floor. Asked to wait 15mins for floor pickup and after 30mins, they are still picking. They care less about customers, only reason to visit lowes is got their credit card. It is time to ditch Lowes.. After waiting for an hour, they came back with a plan to pickup from floor and said they only have 3 units out of 8 in stock. Bonus, the front desk ladies are rude, do not have any basics of customer care and service. They asked for 30 digit order number 8 different times. I am the one supposed to be mad. Waste of time placing order, driving back and forth, waiting for hour. Surely they don't want to call store manager even after asking..
