    Had an amazing experience with Riddhi today, my fiancee and I were shopping around for a new mattress and she was so welcoming and informative on each mattress we laid on. We never felt rushed, she took her time explaining everything thoroughly, and was extremely accommodating during our visit. We’re in the middle on which mattress brand to go to, but just from her service today I have a good feeling we’ll be back soon. If you’re on the hunt for a perfect mattress for you, this is a great place to start, and make sure you ask for Riddhi!

    I am writing to formally report an extremely troubling and deeply upsetting experience at the Tempur-Pedic Avalon location—an experience so unethical that I feel compelled to warn other consumers before they consider shopping at this store. While Frances initially provided outstanding service, what happened afterward raises serious red flags about the store’s integrity and the conduct of its store manager. After purchasing a mattress and base totaling over $7,000, I called back the next day to change my adjustable base to a model $1,100 cheaper. Frances assured me she would take care of the modification immediately and provide an updated receipt. I never received a call back or an updated receipt. Instead, I had to follow up. Only then did I receive a text message from the store manager stating that the change was “taken care of” — yet he also claimed I would not see the credit until after delivery, which is highly unusual, suspicious, and inconsistent with how reputable retailers operate. That message was a major red flag to me, and rightfully so. I contacted Tempur-Pedic customer service directly, and both the representative and the Avalon store confirmed the same disturbing truth: NO corrections were made to my order. Nothing had been updated. Despite the store managers assurance, my order remained unchanged. Note: The base can’t be returned after delivery! This left me feeling misled, ignored, and taken advantage of — especially after making a $7,000 purchase in good faith. The behavior from this store, particularly the manager, was not only unprofessional but felt intentionally deceptive. At that point, I lost all trust and chose to cancel the purchase entirely. I refuse to spend that amount of money with a store where honesty is optional and transparency is apparently negotiable. After canceling my order, I was told it would take 7 - 10 business days to receive the credits back to my accounts. This experience was incredibly upsetting and has shaken my confidence in the Tempur-Pedic brand. No customer should ever feel pressured, misled, or manipulated—especially not at this price point. Corporate needs to be aware of what is happening at the Avalon, Alpharetta location. I am requesting an immediate follow-up from corporate headquarters and a formal apology for the distress, inconvenience, and unethical treatment I received. Note: This transaction took place on 11/29/25. As of date, I still have not received the credits back to my accounts.

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?

Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames. Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit. If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions. If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support. If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart. Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.

How does my new mattress arrive?

With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up. The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
