Do not shop at the Duke drive Alpharetta location! The employees are rude and completely lie about what is happening with a delivery order. Was told by an employee my order was out for delivery at 1:30pm. At nearly 5, I called to see why my order had still not arrived after waiting around all day. Was told he would call the delivery company and call me back. Waited 20 min no call back. I called again asked for that specific employee and was told he was “on break”. Spoke to another employee just to be told they stop delivering at 3 and my order was NEVER EVEN OUT FOR DELIVERY! This was the 3rd time this store did not delivery as promised and a service I paid for. Spoke to a “manager” who had absolutely no interest in helping me. Just kept telling me she didn’t know what was happening up front. You would think a manager would know what’s happening I. Her store. Why would it have been so difficult for someone to call and notify me my order was not coming vs me waiting around all day for nothing! After all that I told them to cancel the order and had to call 2 more times, since they tried to rip me off by not refunding all my money. Have already put in a complaint with corporate. Buyers be warned, don’t order delivery from this store. They won’t send it and steal your money.

I would like to appreciate the Lowe’s associate at Alpharetta, in Georgia. The gentleman’s name is Mr. Ernie. He is very experienced, professional and kind. He went out of his way to help me. He is also a very honest person and I think Lowe’s has employed a genuinely great associate.
Although his manager was not very cooperative and wanted us to carry the stuff ourselves which weighed 300 lbs. We are not Olympic level weightlifters !!!
Ernie being a true gentleman arrange a power lift to help unload the item. Thanks again Ernie for the help.
