    Samantha is a national treasure disguised as a Lowe’s associate. I walked in expecting a confusing, “why is home improvement like this?” kind of trip, and she turned it into a surprisingly hilarious and stress-free experience. She solved my issue faster than I make decisions about paint colors and explained everything in a way even my chaotic brain could follow. I left with what I needed and a good mood.     Tried to return an item that I had bought near my house and they told me I couldn't returned items from other stores manager was really rude didn't even try to find out what was going on Just trying to look busy

    SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK - Under ZERO circumstances should you ever visit this location or attempt to do an online order for pick-up. A fraudster falsely picked up our online order, and despite having clear video evidence and employee first-party testimony that I was not the person who picked up my order, the management team is refusing to acknowledge the theft or make the situation right. They do NOT check photo ID at pick-up or scan order codes despite this being their company policy. The lack of customer service and racial profiling is disgusting, and we will be promptly disputing the charges with our credit card company. Highly disappointing from a company we know has a significantly better reputation than how we were so abhorrently treated at this particular location.

    I had a very unpleasant experience at this Lowe’s. A customer left her two dogs off-leash, and they ran toward an employee who happened to be standing next to my young daughter. My daughter was terrified to see the dogs running so close to her. Instead of asking the customer to keep her dogs on a leash, the employee told us that the dogs were “friendly” and that there was no reason to be scared, as if it was our fault for being concerned. Rules should be enforced consistently, regardless of whether the dogs are “friendly” or not—especially in a public store where all kinds of people shop. Safety and consideration for all customers, including children, should be a priority.
