    Customer service is on point. They have the nicest and kindest staff and also willing to be helpful, finding anything that you need. I went into the plant department today one nice lady there was very kind and helpful. She helped me find some plants, and I had a plant with a missing pot with no price tag the people upfront gave me a discount on the missing pot. The atmosphere there is very nice, will definitely be coming back.

    DON’T GET A FRIGIDAIRE FRIDGE!! José is THE best delivery guy! Someone give this guy a raise! The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because of José because I was about to take my money over to Home Depot. I spent $thousands on a new fridge that the sales team said was great! Turns out, the sales team doesn’t know product knowledge at all as it’s the worst fridge on the market and has become the bane of my existence. 2 months, 4 crews, no working fridge in a new house. The first delivery crew broke the door, next delivery team couldn’t fix the door, third delivery team brought the exact same fridge which was great until the water stopped working all of a sudden. The fourth delivery team finally told me, this fridge is the worst on the market and will ruin the Sheetrock of my new home. José saves Lowe’s and Frigidaire from a lawsuit. I am so grateful for him! I’m going back to Lowe’s today to get a new fridge and asking for José to deliver!

    Very disappointed that I have to write this negative review, but buyer beware: I received a shipment of flooring that I ordered from this Lowe's, and during the process of the delivery, my gutters were damaged by the equipment. Lowe's outsources the shipments to a third party whom ended up denying my claim (despite clear evidence that they caused the damage through photos), so it seems I am out of options and will have to pay to repair the damage that they caused out of my own pocket. While initially responsive, the folks from the Lowe's side have now ghosted me and will no longer reply to my emails. It took over 6-months to get my claim submitted in the first place, and it was almost immediately denied. I am disappointed by the lack of accountability by all parties involved here. Receieve deliveries at your own risk, and don't expect much from Lowe's in supporting your claim or making things right in the end. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
