    Great and thoughtful service from Lee and Mark in paint. Mark really took time to work with us. Explained how the paint was mixed. Thank you very much.

    There's many people but everyone tells you to look for someone else calls then doesn't help was in a aisle for an hour and all these people couldn't help out, there's only these 2 there in the picture but are several others behind that guy on the righthand side of the picture

    My project was a nightmare from the beginning. Went into the store and asked about several doors and was told someone would come to my house and discuss my needs. Was told they would call within 48 hours. After 3 days I called them. They had no record of me. Told I had to go back to the store and request an appointment. Went to the store and decided to talk to Dave a manager on duty. He said doors were handled by another group and he called a friend of his who helped get me the appointment- Thank you Dave. Unfortunately that was the best thing that happened during my experience. The salesman came out on July 12, 8 days after my request. We decided on 4 doors. 3 stock and one special order. Was told I could expect installation in 6 to 8 weeks. And that I would now deal with Lowe’s installation instead of the sales person. Their contractor had to come out and measure for the doors. Which they did. However, they didn’t submit measurements correctly and when I checked with Lowe’s installation they said they didn’t have the measurements and they’d have to get someone out for remeasure. Lowe’s was quick to get me to sign the contract and to pay them the full amount $7,000+, but 5 weeks later was still waiting for measurements to be input into the system. After multiple attempts to get this fixed I was told they finally got everything input into the computer. This was in late August almost 2 months after walking into the store. They said they would move me to the front of the line due the trouble I had. The doors were installed on September 29th 3 months after I walked into the store. And remember only one door was special order and 3 were in stock. Every step of the way I was told that they, Lowe’s worked in Silos. Clerk at store said I need to see sales guy, sales guy after sale said I needed to deal with Lowe’s installation, Lowe’s installation said I had to work with their contractor. Bottom line there was never one person to handle the problem which put it on me to try and get things done. End of the day I should have gone with Home Depot.

    Every time we have been here. We have had a great customer service experience. The last time we had been to a competitor and no one acknowledged us, as soon as we entered, Lowe's we were greeted by customer service
