- ASAdria SpainJan 3, 20265.0Let's start with Customer Service! I mean REAL Customer Service. From the time that we came in to purchase the sofa, to the final box arrival, it was just a great experience. But what really elevated the situation. SADIE B.! Okay, so there was a hiccup when we got the sofa and covers. We received a few of the wrong back covers. I first emailed LoveSac and they stated that due to the holidays, it would be best to reach directly to the store. Which I did. No one answered and no voicemail, which made me worried initially. I called twice in a 30 min period. No one answered. Then, no less than 15 minutes after my last call, Sadie called me back. She apologized for not answering. She was with a customer. She heard my issue and immediately went to fixing the problem. She told me it might take a few weeks to get the new covers delivered. I was okay with this. To my surprise within three days the delivery arrived! Sadie followed up to confirm I got everything. She then scheduled FedEx to pick up the wrong covers. She has been nothing short of an incredible sales person and customer service person. Rare in these days to get someone dedicated to your issue through to the end. Thank you Sadie and thank you LoveSac for our new purchase. We love it and this just elevated our experience! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lovesac, and Sadie at the Avalon location!
