The young man helping me was very pleasant and polite but he is lacking completely customer service training I purchased three large items totaling over $200 - items were bulky enough for me not being able to take them with me to the car in one trip The sales person did not offer me help with caring things to the car. He just turned around and went to another customer. I had to take two items put them outside come back for the third one. I think this is ridiculous in today’s times there’s no such a thing like customer service, I spent $200 in the store and as far as I’m concerned this is my last trip to this location. I will never go there again. I’ll spend my money somewhere else somewhere that somebody will look at me and say -ma’am can I help you take it to the car ? I will be going different places and looking for a place like this. Maybe one day I’ll get lucky.

- JMJohn MadridJul 6, 20161.0On June 23, our pool cleaner stopped working. On June 24, we took it to Leslie's Pool Supplies. This was where we had purchased the cleaner. We gave it 2 people in the repair section of the store. They asked me what had happened and took notes. They said their repair person would probably be able to fix it on the next day, Saturday. On Monday, I called to find out the status of the repair. In this call, I learned that the store manager is the repair person. He said he had not seen any notes related to our repair needs. So I shared the situation with him. On Tuesday, he called back and said that the cable between the controller and the cleaner had failed and it would need to be ordered. On July 6, I called again to get an update. The cable had been delivered but the store manager had been away from the store for several days and they did not know when he would return. The cable was still not attached. So the store attendant contacted another store manager in another store. Right now, I am going to pick up the cleaner and cable and take it to the other store. I have no guarantee as to when the cleaner will be ready for use. This is what I call customer service.
