  We had shades installed on our screen in porch to help block rain from getting in. Carol was very helpful providing us the best options to achieve our goal. We LOVE the product installed! CJ came out to insure that our space would accommodate the shades and took measurements. He is truly the nicest guy. Installation turn around was quick and CJ did a great job. Whenever we had questions after installation, they were quick to respond. We needed help on something, long after they were installed, and Carol and CJ responded quickly to help us resolve our issue. It is so nice to use a local company and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Creative Windows by Carol, the owner Carol and her son, CJ. Thank you for a great experience.

  I ordered a window blind. The order process was easy, and CJ was professional and helpful. The turnaround was a couple of weeks. The installation was easy. Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the material, but I was reassured it was immediately re-ordered, and payment will be completed when the new one arrives. I am very pleased with the product and service so far and look forward to the new blind when it arrives.

  I’ve been a customer of Carol’s for many years. She’s done several projects and they’ve all come out beautifully, including a custom shower curtain, pillows, upholstery projects and shutters for windows at two houses. Her attention to detail is the best you could hope for. I would absolutely call Carol for any future projects.

  Carol was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job helping you pick out what looks and works best for each window. We just built a new house and she designed all our shades, blinds, and shutters. Her son CJ and another employee Dean did a great job installing them and showing us how all the electric shades operated and how to control them with your smart phone We definitely woud recommend them to anyone in the market for window treatments!!   Carol and her son, CJ were a pleasure to work with! Carol helped with the design and fabric selection of sun shades for the windows in my condo. The shades solved a sunlight glare problem, plus look great. CJ did a super job with the installation and ensured I knew how to operate the bluetooth system that controls all the shades. I am very pleased with the result and will definitely use Carol for future projects.
