  This property has been such a lifesaver for me. I had to move in a rush and they had room for me. I thought I would be here for a while but I found my own place before I knew it. Iesha was more than nice and help me with the move out. Will definitely use again if needed 🥰

  Mrs Iesha Trujillo was so helpful and so sweet when we came in to rent a smart unit! She answered all of our questions (sometimes more than once for us 🤣) and took us to see multiple units to help us decided our options. Definitely recommend this place and your staff!

I’ve always felt confident storing my belongings there because the property is secure and orderly, giving real peace of mind. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the manager, Iesha. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her customers. Iesha is always willing to work with you, answer questions clearly, and help find solutions when needed. Her communication is consistent, respectful, and reassuring, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a facility that combines strong security with such outstanding customer service. Because of Iesha’s dedication and the overall quality of the facility, Lake Park Storage is a place I confidently recommend to anyone looking for reliable storage. Tell them I sent you!!!

  Iesha was both welcoming and friendly, while at the same time, she was quite professional in her customer service manner and approach to delivering the unit I needed to accommodate my garments. I have managed my spouse’s and my daughter’s two-doctor practice of dental medicine since 1983. The job market of applicants with extraordinary customer service skills sets has diminished dramatically with subsequent generations since the hiring my initial teams. So, to have someone like Iesha is, indeed, nothing short of a teal blessing today. Your company should not take an employee like her for granted.
