  They will lie and say something isn't on sale, even though it's posted online and says the item is half off. Don't know if it's for personal gain, boosting their ego, or just outright scamming. If you call them out, don't go back to this store, because they will treat you like a criminal stealing!!! Calling out codes, saying 'security office,' and making u feel uncomfortable for their own personal reasons. One of my family members just went through this.

  Melissa will not like u if you complain on her. She will start walking around you like ur stealing even though you have regularly came into this store and never stole. She just can't take customer feedback. She will start calling codes and discrimination against anyone who hurts her feelings.

  Melissa (or akaKaren), your behavior is completely unacceptable. You abused your position at Hobby Lobby because you couldn’t handle simple customer feedback about your rudeness. Instead of acting professionally, you chose to harass customers out of personal spite. Following them up and down aisles, staring them down, making fake security announcements, and treating them like criminals just because they spoke up about your attitude is disgusting. They’ve shopped there for years and suddenly you act like they’re stealing? That’s not management — that’s retaliation. You’re discriminating and intimidating customers because your ego was hurt. If this continues, it will be documented and reported to corporate every single time. No one deserves to be harassed for giving honest feedback
