- EMEmma MorricalDec 14, 20251.0So incredibly unhappy with this whole experience. Ordered, was told a delivery would be mad in 2-3 business days. After ELEVEN DAYS I had to reach out to get a delivery date because I still hadn't received one. Was told it would be delivered the following week due to a shipment delay. Would have been nice to have been informed before I had to get ahold of them myself, but oh well. Then they wait until the DAY OF DELIVERY to request proof of residency. The delivery date was pushed back another FOUR DAYS. Then they deliver it and dont bring all of the pieces to my order. Promised to come back the following morning. 5pm the following day and I still had not heard from them so I finally get ahold of them. The pieces ended up not arriving for another TWO DAYS. So what should have been a 2-3 day process ended up being 3 weeks. And not one time did they reach out to me to communicate anything w me. I always had to reach out to them first which is incredibly unprofessional. I will not be making any more orders in the future. I am so disappointed.

I requested to have someone come out and fix the problem with my stove; however, I have been in contact with the new manager several time and the manager stated they would give me a call and get back to me on the situation. This is just poor customer service and this would have never happened with the old manager when he was running the store. Management needs to get better when it comes to satisfying the customers needs!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
