    Mrs.Holly at the pros desk is always so kind I never dread shopping if I see her smiling face cause I know im going to be well taken care of, she is one of the main reason I still shop at this location even though I moved a town away. kudos to her for doing such a great job.

    Customer Service is non-existent at this location. Inept and incompetent best describes the staff I dealt with. No store manager or assistant store manager on weekends? Ridiculous. I was told the head cashiers oversee customer service on weekends. No less than 6 calls and 4 schedling attempts over the course of 8 days to get an expensive damaged item picked up and then they send a non-English speaking (snd I mean NO english) subcontractor without paperwork. They were very nice but weren't even aware what they were supposed to be picking up. I was vrry clear in my direction that they were to bring wrap to secure the box as it was impossible to put the item back in the box as it was originally pavked. These guys had a lostt look on their faces. Either the info hadn't been conveyed or perhaps they weren't able to read it? I don't know but it was an absolutely absurd experience start to finish and NOT the subcontractors fault. This was on Lowes all the way. I just hope I don't have to fight for my refund but I am anticipating more headaches. oh, and did I mention, I had to go out-of-pocket to pay someone to come install the items that I purchased that ultimately had to be returned? So in the end, I paid one hundred and sixty dollars to have this very bad experience. LOL Last time ordering with LOWES for me.

    Stopped by Lowe’s and had a great experience thanks to Johnpaul in lumber. He was friendly, helpful, and made it easy to find exactly what I needed. Really appreciate the great customer service!

    The process of purchasing a new washer and dryer was simple and quick. Gave them my money no problem. The delivery and installation has been a nightmare. Schedule a 4 hour window, wait and they wouldn’t install it because when they shut off the water it dripped. Call a plumber and spend 125$ to have them tighten the bolt 30 second fix. Reschedule delivery. Next day. 4 hour window, wait and oh the vent isn’t right. We can’t install it. Had them put it near where it would go and they wouldn’t even attach the power cord for me. Scheduling someone to come out tomorrow and finish for me. And yes I paid for delivery and installation.
