  Rented a spot for my food truck and Ashley and Trish were so very helpful. We were still getting used to driving the truck and they got us help to back it in and was very patient with us. Thank you guys. If we ever need to rent again this will be our go to place.

  Today, I secured my 20x10 storage unit at Extra Space Storage. I chose this location instead of the other one I used before because it was newer and it has easier access from the major street! The manager, Ashley who helped me was extremely pleasant. She greeted me when I entered the establishment. She was very patient explaining everything to me. She showed me the unit and gave me a lot of good pointers to help me have a successful move and experience at this Extra Space location. I’m looking forward to moving day with a more positive mindset (we all know how frustrating moving can be) because I am moving my belongings on the 1st floor instead of the 3rd floor and the monthly fee is reasonable! Thanks Ashley!

  Ashley was very helpful especially when I pulled in with a trailer, she came out opened the gates for me and turned on the auto doors. I’ve saved a bundle switching to extra storage. She remembered my name and that was pleasant. I recommend using this facility located in Zephyrhills near Walmart.

  When we visited Extra Space Storage to determine whether or not we wanted to rent from them, Ashley greeted us like we had known each other for years. She was very personable, knowledgeable and patiently answered our numerous questions. The next day, as promised, I received a call from Trish tying up a few loose ends from the day before. On the day of move in, Trish greeted us warmly, asked if we needed anything and then unlocked the sliding doors so we wouldn’t have to enter our code during the many trips we would be making that day to unload our belongings. Each time I have been to the unit, I am always greeted by Ashley or Trish and asked if I need anything. It’s also relevant to note that someone is always cleaning. The staff take pride in their work and the cleanliness of the facility. A big thank you to Ashley and Trish for making our experience a positive one! We appreciate all that you do!!

  Nothing but great things to say about the facility and people! Ashley in particular has been amazing, always friendly and professional taking care of my storage questions and needs. Everyone else I've dealt with have been exceptional as well. The facility is spotless and clearly well maintained. I would highly recommend this Extra Space staff and facility to anyone seeking storage in the Zephyrhills area. Thank you for the exceptional customer experience!
