    Paid $213.99 for key fob at kiosk at Lowe's in Zephyrhills on a Thursday afternoon (3/14/25). Kiosk did not provide an order number or a receipt. Screen Information showed technician would contact us within 1 biz day. Still no contact by Monday afternoon (3/17/25). Requested a call from the Minute Key via their "Contact Us" web page. Still no contact by Tuesday 3/18. Called their 800 number. Gave the heavily-accented person all the info. They denied anything in the system. They finally found it after we persisted. They said the funds would be refunded within 7-10 business days AFTER one of their rep's calls us back!!!! Still waiting for the call. Contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Not happy. Update 3/19/25. Still no call from Minute Key. But did receive email requesting info we don't have because kiosk did not provide receipt or order info. As indicated previously, they did find the order in their system. Why do I need to confirm info they already have? Vendor also "replied" to our Google review asking us to contact their escalation desk. Why wasn't I transferred to the escalation dept when I called yesterday? Why hasn't anyone called me back as promised? I reported it to my bank yesterday disputing the charge for non-delivery of services/products. I'll go to a local locksmith to have my key fob made. Should have done that in the first place.
