Anyway, I created an account and still couldn’t check in. So I called and checked in via AI 25 min ago. I’m still sitting on your parking lot waiting for my order. Absolutely ridiculous.

The store was nearly empty this Saturday morning and I could not find anyone to help. When I did find someone, they could not unlock the tool case on aisle 59 to access the tool I needed. Waited 20 minutes for nothing. I had to walk away from my cart during this time, I come back to find out the some unseen employee has restocked all the items in my cart that I had spent an hour walking around to find. Mind blown. Left and went to Home Depot. In and out in 15 minutes. Great experience. Will not be back to Lowe’s.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
