They put the wrong install address that i didnt even know until i put a deposit down. when they give me contract to sign i see this and point it out. They made another contract same day and didnt even bother to contact me. So I go to store to see what was going on and they refused to honor the 20% percent of citing there was no deposit on this contract. Straight up wrong...I canceled everything....But Like they really care.....

Deducted a star because she completely ignored me when I first walked by her to get some products and said hello. The 5 other associates that I interacted with are IGNORANT. I asked for help with several products in the garden center and they just looked at me like they didn't understand English. As I started loading the 2nd item, the cashier standing nearby started spoke with one of the associated I asked to help me, then walked away. Once I was done loading everything one of them finally came over and "volunteered" his services. By this time his help was pointless. THANKS FOR NOTHING LOWES !!!!!
