I’m very pleased with the customer service that I received while looking at units. I will definitely be doing business with this company. The facility is very well maintained, clean and organized. It is clean that the facility is under great management. I highly recommend anyone to do business with this company. 10 out of 10!!! I realize today I place my review on the wrong store I will be doing business at the Aloma location.
- PGPhil GordianApr 21, 20261.0I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent experience with ExtraSpace, particularly with respect to stored items and the security of the facility. Initially, my move-in was flawless; however, I soon noticed the presence of homeless individuals living in their units. This situation escalated as I realized they began breaking into units, resulting in over 40 incidents of unauthorized entry. Unfortunately, I became a victim of this alarming trend and lost hundreds of dollars worth of irreplaceable belongings due to theft. This has been a profoundly disappointing and distressing experience, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Given the severity of the situation, I felt it was necessary to vacate the premises. I would not feel comfortable recommending ExtraSpace to others under these circumstances. I urge you to take immediate action to enhance the security measures in place to protect both current and future tenants. And now I find out that the manager left the unit open that had keys, and the homeless guys were able to access those keys.
