  What great customer service . I was working on a few things I needed to get into storage when I saw a new face come out the office . Aubree greeted me with a smile and asked me if everything was ok . I needed to get a larger storage unit and she helped me right away . No hesitation , excellent customer service. Aubree made sure I saw different sizes with ease . She explained everything about the process of transferring into a different unit and she got me into one quick . I was so happy to move my things over easily on the same level . Thank you so much Aubree . I am glad to see a smiling face that takes their job seriously and with excellent communication and service. We needed that at this Winterpark location ! :)

  I have been using this US Storage location for 7 months and I am very happy with storage here. The place is clean, conveniently located, temperature is perfect inside which is important, and it is very well maintained. In addition Aubrey and Evangeline are awesome. They handle requests promptly, are really nice and are a pleasure to work with. I give this place 5 stars both in storage and the ladies that work there.

  I had a stellar experience with US Storage from start to finish. The facility is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and quite new. Pricing was super competitive, and I’m not expecting any hidden fees or surprises. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Aubree and Evangelina were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They walked me through all policies clearly and transparently, answered every question, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Availability was no problem, and securing a unit and moving in was quick and stress free. It is rare to find this level of cleanliness, affordability, and customer service all in one place. Highly recommend US Storage, and especially Aubree and Evangelina.
