Laura, Customer service, as you come through the entrance door; Laura was there ready to help. I had a problem with a drill I bought the previous night and had to return it. She was engaging pleasant and helpful. When I found that I was going to have to go back to the tool departments and Laura went there with me. She’s has taken on this problem and she is determined to creat an acceptable outcome. We started by pricing and comparing several similar products and whether they would be comparable to have an amicable conclusion. She called the Dept. manager, again, with her phone (what a great use of a Lowe’s provided resource) and all I could hear between them was respect for each other and cooperation to resolve. Laura then came back to me with a great combo deal for the season. By buying the combo, I got more tools at a great price. She has memory of deals being offered and the Lowe’s stock. When I was ready to check out, Laura had to have a couple of her associates assist me. They were respectful of each and also me. It felt like, with Laura’s help, I feel like I had “team Lowe’s” with me.
