They took measurements and gave us clear instructions on what was going to go on, what we needed to do and what they were going to do. They did a very professional job tenting our home and we're courteous when we spoke. They took care of our issue and we are having them come out to inspect our house yearly as a preventive service. If you have bug problems call them.
