He cut me the perfect key and it worked like it was new. The second time I needed a key from this outfit and always left knowing it was going to work. My mistake was going to ace first since they opened at the crack of dawn. Next time I won't waste my time with anything but West End Safe & Lock Inc. Nothing beats a hand cut key from a skilled locksmith craftsman.

On difficult key patterns, they find alternate solutions that resolve the needs. My last visit, I brought in three F150 security keys to cut. As of this writing, their charge was $45 per key which seemed steep. I went to the local Ford dealership and they were cut for no charge. Felt lucky in that it is rare that a dealership would do that so high appreciation provided. Still, I recommend West End for non-security key services.
