The Lowes store in Winter Garden is a very nice store and the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are long-time Lowes customers! I do suggest that if you are shopping for a large appliance, to please consider and use caution if you consider an extended warranty on your new appliance. Lowe’s manager helped use submit a claim on our new 1-yr old Kitchenaid refrigerator. He was able to secure a contracted tech from ATRIA to diagnose the fridge the next day! BUT the tech bungled the part to be ordered. He came out with an evaporator instead of a fan! The contractor had to reorder the part; then they had to reschedule installation 2x because of their schedules - not ours! We have been out of a fridge for 30 days now. Lowe’s Winter Garden cannot do any more because Lowe’s corporate negotiates the contracts for repairs-claims. My suggestion is to buy an extended warranty directly from manufacturer or not buy one at all. We are lucky we still have our 2004 GE refrigerator in the garage or we would have been using a cooler for the past 4 weeks!

They have 2 flat lumber carts, the only one available won't go straight.
More carts in the parking lot than by or in the store. I mentioned it to several employees, no change after 40 minutes when I left.
New rule: if you want your lumber cut, you have to pay for it first. This means hauling the awkward, broken, cart up to the register, paying, dragging it back to the saw, then dragging it back past the registers.
So, they had a couple ladies get 10 boards cut and abandon them. The response is a new policy punishing the rest of their customers, rather than pressing charges on the two ladies.

At 8am I ordered 8 items for curbside pick-up. I took 2 hours for the order to be ready for pick-up. That was fine. I'm giving 4 stars because after checking in on the app I waited 15 minutes before I tried checking in by email. It took 25 minutes for someone to bring my items out in 2 shopping bags. Other than that, the experience was good.

They rented a carpet cleaner to me that does not turn on. It’s not my outlets, they have enough power to support it and are all working. How do you not turn them on to check first before renting them? And when I had originally called to ask about the rental, the woman gave me SO much rude attitude.

Digital deadbolts are apparently a hot ticket theft item and requires being held in Ft. Knox for safety. Finding a human to get into Ft. Knox for purchase of said deadbolt is challenging.
