  ***ZERO STARS *** The call center customer support was absolutely unacceptable. The representatives were dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly had no interest in resolving the issue. I was sold what was advertised as a 20x10 unit, which turned out to be nothing more than two 10x10 units with a wall separating them a blatant misrepresentation. When I contacted support to fix this, they took zero accountability and instead tried to upsell me to a more expensive unit. To make matters worse, they refused to honor the web rate I had already secured. It felt like a complete bait-and-switch, and the lack of concern from the call center made it even worse. This was easily one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I rented and attempted to move in the same day, only to be met with confusion, poor communication, and a total lack of integrity. First impressions matter, and this company failed spectacularly. The only redeeming part of this experience was the location manager, who was courteous, professional, and handled my refund quickly and efficiently. Without him, this would have been a complete disaster.

  Ray provided excellent customer service. He Not only assisted me with the best size for my stuff but the best value on my storage unit. He took his time & personally showied me how to use the app. . He also made sure we knew how to use the car code entry gate, doorway and storage unit . I highly recommend Extra space storage it’s new , clean , safe with cameras & most of all Ray is there for any of your questions or needs . I highly recommend them. Thank you again RAY

  The Extra Storage Facility located 8522 N US Highway 301, Wildwood, FL is a BEAUTIFUL new facility that is immaculately maintained by the manager, Ray Cruz. When I was moving from another state to this storage unit, Ray was instrumental in making it a seamless move. As my plans changed we spoke and he was there to reassure me along the way all was good. He even said if I needed to... to call him at any time. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took care of all my needs. He was even there to help me if I needed it when I was moving in. Also, he assisted me with the app and explained first hand how to use it- he made it so easy! I have used storage facilities for over 20+ yrs but until I used Extra Storage in IL and now in Florida - I never imagined how really nice a facility could be and most of all I feel extra safe. The Extra Storage facility located 8522 N US Highway 301 is Very Best I have experienced because of the on-site manager Ray Cruz. People make the Difference- thank you Extra Storage!!
