- PCPaula CarlsonMar 3, 20265.0Back in August 2025 we stopped by the Extra Space Storage facility at 5420 Sundance Trl in Wildwood. My husband and son met with M’Keyah to inquire about storage rental, as we were in the process of relocating. We were fortunate that there was a space available in the size we needed immediately. M’Keyah was very professional, informative, beyond helpful, and patient helping us through this process, and is an amazing asset to the company! In January 2026 we needed another unit immediately after selling our home. Again M’Keyah went out of her way to help us navigate obtaining another unit. Selling and buying a new home is so stressful, but M’Keyah made this aspect much less difficult. Recently we were able to whittle things down to just one unit, and clear out the other. Christy has been so helpful, kind and professional in getting us taken care of. Christy is also an absolute asset to the company. How refreshing to have such amazing and competent staff handling the affairs of such a beautiful and clean storage facility. The owner should be so proud of the staff they have maintaining such an impeccable facility. Thank you M’Keyah, Christy & Extra Space Storage for making our transition here such a peasant experience! Your hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed by this family!!
