I have called several times with issues on my new refrigerator, and been told managers and supervisors were in meetings with manufacturers, and could not speak with me nor would they take messages. I spoke with an Abner (twice), Alan and a David, they all said they would return my calls AND DID NOT! I purchased a rather expensive GE Cafe 4 door refrigerator (as well as matching dishwasher, microwave and stove at a cost of $9,600 plus). The refrigerator was delivered with the freezer gasket in the drawer and never fit well (it fell off constantly and the freezer light & alarm came on). They apparently do not care to satisfy their customers after the sale. I have had GE Service out twice with at least two more service calls needed (one to order a new gasket and the second service call to install the gasket). This all has taken place in two weeks. My recommendations is to stay away from Rosner’s as they are not what they used to be!

All I can say is that I'm sorry I didn't go there first. Everyone was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, competent. I could go on and on. I feel the same way about the installers and the delivery people. Shopping at Rosner's was a pleasure.
