  Ridiculous seating arrangements. Came here with my grandfather and he couldn’t even sit comfortably. Was sat at a tiny table that by no means should be seated for dinner. I honestly thought they were bringing us here while our table was being prepared. Food is ok but overpriced to sit uncomfortably.

  Unbelievable experience at restoration hardware and Tracie Brown is the best of the best. She is knowledgeable, kind and oh so patient. Highly recommend her fantastic experience.

  I took my niece to RH in Palm Beach for her 18th birthday, and wow—what an experience! From the moment we pulled up, the place was gorgeous, luxurious, and welcoming. The staff were friendly from check-in, and even though we arrived early, we were treated so well. The ambiance was stunning—beautiful furnishings and a clean, upscale vibe. The service? Incredible. I wish I remembered our server’s name because he was so attentive and made the birthday feel special. The food was just as amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly. The blueberry mule (non-alcoholic) was delicious, and the shrimp appetizer was so good, I wanted more! We had appetizers, entrées, and dessert, but the meal never felt heavy—just perfectly balanced. My only tiny note: the mashed potato purée might need to be eaten with the right pairing, but that’s a minor thing. Overall, it’s a 5 out of 5. I will definately be back soon.

  The store is beautiful and for the size of the store you’d expect far more than what’s on the floor. If you stand in the center of the store, the left third of the store is a mirror image of the right third of the store, which means both sides are the same. What a ridiculous use of space. If you want to see the items, you have to rely on online viewing as how they arrange the furniture limits what’s available to see in person. At the price of real estate, it’s a complete waste. Very disappointing. The furniture is beautiful and so unfortunate to see so little.
