Horrible customer service. Brenda the manager was hostile when I tried to return a defect filter. Unfriendly customer service hiding behind store policies instead to trying to help a long time customer. I will take my business to Home Depot from now on.

I was so impressed today with Nancy in the garden center! She asked what I needed, walked me around to find the items, made recommendations and they were great! Sweet patient and caring. I tried to give her a tip and she wouldn’t take it! She said I love my job and loved helping you, that’s all I want to do! Boy if I was still in business and hiring employees, I would steal her and clone her if I could!!

We ordered a vanity that was broken when we received it. My husband brought it back to the store and asked for an exchange ( no refund) and the cashier said no, that he has to take a refund and order it again online, at home. My husband really wanted this vanity for whatever reason, so he went home to reorder it. This time the price was $30 more. Corporate will not honor the price .. said we should've talked to a manager when it happened. Then said if I pay full price today the manager will adjust it later because they are busy at the moment. I never laughed so hard in my life .. if this is how you treat people over $30 then we are better off at home depot and I will be sure to never go to Lowes again

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
