  The main problems I experienced were rooted in poor company policies, lack of communication, and disorganized processes. Delivery dates were repeatedly changed, customer service calls went unanswered for long periods, and the system for tracking orders was inconsistent. None of this is the fault of the staff — it’s clear they’re working with a structure that doesn’t support them or the customers. The furniture quality and delivery coordination also didn’t match what the company advertises. What should have been a simple purchase turned into unnecessary delays and confusion because of how the company manages its operations. There's NO REFUND FOR BROKEN FURNITURE OR EXCHANGES once you purchase your on your own this company doesn't help I advise any one thinking of buying here just run away go elsewhere it's a nightmare after now im stuck with broken furniture & I cant even EXCHANGE the sofas. Good luck if you buy from here.

  Stay away! We purchased a bedroom set at the end of June 2025 and then it took several weeks to deliver. Last night 1-16-26 our bed broke! We contacted this morning and were told there is nothing they can do since we were "offered" a 5yr warranty and declined. We have not even had the bed a full 6 months since delivery! They are saying it goes by purchase date. What place doesn't even warranty there products for the 1st year? Garbage!!! Run! They advertise good deals but give it a few months and your furniture will break and you will be out your money!!! They don't care. Very rude on the phone as well.

  To let all customers of this store know that they do not buy are experts in defrauding customers they require you to pay cash and then not return the money or change the item when they deliver it broken. Please be careful Para informar a todos los clientes de esta tienda que no compren aquí, ya que son expertos en estafar a los clientes: exigen el pago en efectivo y luego no devuelven el dinero ni cambian el artículo si lo entregan defectuoso. Tengan mucho cuidado.

  Carlos and Emi were absolutely wonderful to work with during my furniture purchase. From start to finish, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. They took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful suggestions without any pressure, and made the entire process smooth and stress free.
