While we did have great service and no issues with delivery, the mattress itself has not held up well. We had purchased city mattresses brand mattress and while it was extremely comfortable when we chose it, it has not held up well, especially being it not an old mattress from mattress guidelines when to replace one. There is a significant dip on my husband’s edge of the bed we have never had in a mattress we have owned from wear (even after replacing older models in the past… 7+ years old). We are both healthy people not excessive in weight either and have a supportive base. I’m not sure why the mattress hasn’t held up as others. There is not much support there anymore. We wish we would have stuck to a brand we know and has held up better for us in the past. Truly wish I had better things to say about the product.
