  Budget Blinds is exactly what it sounds like. If you’re looking for less quality materials and installers using primitive tools then this is the company for you. In sales please ask for Kristen Fang! If she answers or finally gets back to you, you may feel like you’ve done something wrong by inquiring about a job your interested in. I recommend this company if your looking for a hassle cheap materials and installers who keep asking to use the restroom.

  Budget Blinds can’t configure blinds above the average window size. When issues are brought to a receptionist, a catastrophic internal breakdown occurs. The blinds can’t hold for more than a week and rather than execute on the issue, they delay. The same blind has failed 3+ times, which is not misuse but a fundamental specification failure. The mechanism does not support the size of the shade, which is precisely why it continues to detach from the roller, as shown. This unit was installed less than 7 days ago and is already failing in the same manner, completely invalidating any claim of user error. This response is a perfect example of why consumers should think carefully before doing business with this company. Rather than taking accountability, you chose to issue a massive, defensive statement filled with deflection, misrepresentation, and blame shifting. The facts remain straightforward. The shade repeatedly detaches despite minimal interaction, and your own installer explicitly acknowledged that the blinds are oversized for the support system they were mounted on. Attempting to attribute this to “misuse” is not only inaccurate, it is implausible. A properly installed shade does not remain stationary and then inexplicably fall off on its own. That indicates a fundamental flaw in either the structural support or the product itself. This has been an ongoing issue with repeated service attempts yielding the same result. At that point, the problem is no longer situational, it is systemic. A shade does not continuously “roll off” under normal conditions unless something is inherently wrong with how it is supported. Your installer was candid about the underlying issue. Your public response was not. For anyone considering this company, understand that when a legitimate problem arises, the priority appears to be avoiding responsibility rather than resolving it. There are numerous reputable alternatives that stand behind their workmanship. Choose accordingly.

  I used Budget Blinds at our old condo and they do such a great job, so we reached out again to have them take care of 3 windows in my new house. Our sales rep Jimmy Axley was amazing. Very friendly and detail oriented. He let me take my time when picking the designs while also inputting his opinion based on his experience. Our installer Derek Brodeur was very professional and efficient. The installation took less than 30 minutes. I am overall very happy with my experience from start to finish. I would recommend Budget Blinds and definitely use them again in the future!
