  I live in greenwood Manor. The ladies using the blow blow all the debris from the walkway and sidewalks into our front porch. They blow ties d the. Building not away so eveytime they come my screenr front porch is covered in dust and yard then I have clean it every time it I drag all that debris in when I open my front door. I have talked to them but they don't care new people from the labor pool every week. Definitely not a landscape company more of a mow on a zero turn as fast as it will speed and blow and run.

  I can't believe this company actually believes they're providing a service when in fact, all they're doing is collecting a paycheck at the expense of all the resident's in our community. What they do to are lawns should be a crime. I don't know how this company has survived. I don't know of any other industry where you could continue to do business with such poor performance. I wish i could figure out how to add pictures to this review because they would illustrate just how pathetic this company is.

  Grateful to call this vendor a partner of ours. We have about 5 acers of landscape which is no easy task to maintain yet Top Notch makes it look easy. Our landscape is beautiful, well maintained, and Top Notch goes above and beyond to help the community. Special shout out to Will. He's very responsive and takes pride in his work. Thank you Top Notch!

  Top notch should be called top botched!!!!!! They were called to Just Trim our Bougainvillea Trees that took years to mature! This was the results.. they ruined the trees and the landscaping!! Do not call this company unless you are wanting your trees cut down and ruin your landscaping!!!!! The worst landscaping company in Brevard!!! The worst!
