  If you are looking for a friendly and clean storage, storage center in Wesley chapel is the place to be. Josie Keenan is the best and friendly. Always great to speak to her.

  This storage center is the absolute best in this area. I was looking for somewhere to store my small business inventory and checked out so many storage centers around Wesley Chapel. This one beat them all out by far! The facility is spotless and so well maintained. The customer service is on another level. It is a family owned business and you can tell they put so much effort and care into every single customer. Josie was amazing and helped me when I both toured the facility and when I signed the lease. She was able to answer all my questions and was so welcoming. Don’t waste your time shopping around, no where else in the area compares to this place.

  Very nice, clean, and secure facility. I had my things stored there for a few years. I recently moved my things out. Josie checked with me while moving things and made sure my account was temporarily updated because I only had a couple days to move out and wasn't sure if I'd be out before the next month's rent was due. I did get all my things out and swept the floor. As Josie instructed me, I made a call to let them know I did get my things out. Josie answered the phone and she had already checked to see how things went. She is really on top of things! She told me everything looked good and asked if I ever needed storage again to please consider them, which I definitely would.

  4-3-26, I unloaded, swept out my storage unit, and had a question for the staff, but it was late in the day and I missed them. So I closed, locked my unit preparing to come back the next day. The next morning I get a call from Josie Keenan, Assistant Manager that while sweeping the hallway of my unit, she found a set of lock keys on the floor next to my closed unit and lock on it. She thought they might be mine. They were. I was so tired, I had not even noticed. It was so very nice of her to pick up my keys, give me a call, and give them to me the next day. Moving anything is always WORK. Josie saved the day, and my keys! She made this EASY. Easy is always good! Josie is an EXCELLENT employee, even better person, and she was very nice! 😁
