She is courteous, helpful and professional, qualities that are greatly appreciated anytime but particularly during moving events that can be stressful. To have kind and thorough assistance during this time has meant a great deal. Once she contacted me by phone to let me know she received our reservation, she thoroughly explained the process for obtaining a unit, moving in, and gaining access to our unit during our rental period; then she made note of a time for us to come in to complete the rental agreement. It was a holiday period and we had been out of town, and when we arrived in her office several days later, she remembered us from our phone conversation as if she had met us before. She made the process so easy and stress-free. While we were moving things into our unit over the course of several days, she gave us a friendly smile as soon as she saw us and reminded us that she was there for us if we needed anything with regard to our rental. Josie is superb!
