  We have had POOLfection for several years and they have done a very good job. I will say ow that Alex has taken over the route, the service has been greatly above standards. His service is very through and he leaves the pool in excellent condition weekly. Alex does a great job along with POOLfection, I highly recommend them for your pool service needs.

  When our pool was first completed, we planned on interviewing several pool service companies to find the right fit. Poolfection was one of the first to come out, and from the very beginning, they stood out. They took the time to walk us through their proposal in detail, explained everything clearly, and made sure we truly understood our options. They weren’t the cheapest quote we received, but what really impressed us was what happened next. Our pool had started to turn, and even knowing we were still interviewing other companies, they went ahead and balanced the pool on the spot. They used their own time and materials and didn’t try to charge us a thing. They genuinely just wanted to do the right thing and protect our brand new pool. That moment told us everything we needed to know about their integrity. Fast forward a few years, and they have been nothing but reliable and consistent. Our pool always looks fantastic, and their team is consistently kind, respectful, and professional. It’s such a relief knowing we never have to worry about our pool because it’s always taken care of. We honestly cannot recommend Poolfection enough. If you’re looking for a company that truly cares, shows up, and stands behind their work, this is it.
