He is very courteous and treated me like family which is a win in my book for Customer Service. I had run into an issue that had turned my pool into a "monster green swamp" but I needed to get it fixed on a very tight budget in a very timely manner. Justin was able to effectively and efficiently diagnose my pool equipment issues from pictures, me bringing in parts of my equipment for him to test and look at, to suggesting the most cost effective ways to get my pool equipment up and running. Now that my pool equipment is functional and running effectively, comes the clearing of my swamp.
