  Poor communication, never arrives as scheduled. Sent him out to a new property, window gets broken first time out, cameras show what happened, NO RESPONSE when contacted about the issue.

  My experience with Caiman, and the owner, Jamison, was excellent. His guy showed up exactly as promised..went straight to work. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the finished project and would definitely highly recommend him and his services.

  Jamison and his crew did an amazing job at my home. I needed a good amount of work done to my property and they came through. Their pricing was unbeatable and their work was incredible. We have now set up services to have our lawn cut with Caiman Coast Lawn. I'm thankful to have a honest company that works hard but doesn't overcharge you. They are very respectful and careful about what they do. I will be using their services for a long time. Thank you again, Jamison for all the hard work you and your crew did here and I look forward to having your company keep my property looking great! I would highly recommend their services.

  I got scammed, I was charged $5600 for a junk removal. They took that money out of my account. I was told I was only going to be charged $450…. I had to dispute with my bank. They are stealing bank information.

  if I could leave a 0 star I would.. very unprofessional company. not only do they all have bad attitudes but their services has caused damage two 2 of my vehicles due to them riding a lawnmower and using a backpack blower right next to my vehicles causing damage to my bumper and scratches to my other vehicle. and at these prices I can see why they like to cut grass at 2am.
