- SRshae royOct 26, 20255.0I had a pump and motor die on me on a Sunday and I figured getting a new replacement pump was out of the question. I called Leslie's in Wellington and from the beginning Rodney was a huge help. He made the whole process easy and answered all my questions. He even was patient with my insane 3 year old that was running around with pool noodles trying to go in restricted areas. Thank you Rodney for your amazing customer service.

This store was great back when Charles when the manager, then Sean was good but lately they are the worst. Donte and Gabriel have poor attitudes and always seemed bothered when I'd ask a question. Over the last 3 months I have spent hundreds of dollars on chemicals due to their water tests. On 8/27 there was another new manager, James. He told me they were fired and he was hired because they were conducting water tests incorrectly. Now I know why I needed to spend unnecessarily!! I requested a call from the district manager to see what if anything he was going to do to make this right but as of now, I still have not received a call. At this point they have lost a customer for life. Josie and Genero at Pinch a Penny at South Shore and Forest Hill will be getting my business!!

In addition to the usual printout, he explained what we were doing wrong and how to tweak everything. I now have a flowchart that will help me with what to use, timing between different treatments, stability and maintenance timing of some of the products I was using. In addition, he gave us a short tutorial on reading the pH and Br levels (which I had trouble discerning before this). His tips were great.
