The delivery guys found an issue with the washer, showed us and now a replacement washer is being delivered tomorrow. These guys, Abiezer Santiago and Franklin Valles, were both professional, courteous and very helpful. Please let them know how valuable they are!

The shelves are empty but if you look up on the racks, you’ll see the items up there but the workers are too lazy to bring them down. Good luck getting help. They need to hire new staff and managers. This Lowes sucks. I go across the street to Home Depot. Don’t waste your time.
- CNChris NagyApr 8, 20261.0DO NOT BUY VINYL FENCING from Lowe’s. They carry products which knowingly lie to customers. Their “6ft” vinyl fencing is about 5 and a half feet. So even with the 4x4 posts, they are still significantly shorter than advertised. When you are doing a large backyard this makes a huge difference. I am now 8 panels, 8 posts, 8 brackets and 8 4x4s short. So after measuring multiple times to make sure I was ordering enough, I am now about 45ft short. Now I have to spend another $1,200 to finish my fence. I should have read the reviews as there are multiple people who complained about the same issue but unfortunately I don’t before I ordered. Even the store representative said she deals with this a lot. I called corporate and they said there was nothing they could do about it. So not only are they stealing from their customers but they do it while smiling at you. Lowe’s has forever lost my business. I’ll take my business to Home Depot or local hardware stores.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
