    We moved our possessions from another storage company with poor maintenance to YSU last month. The location is convenient, you can unload you car without being in the elements. It is well lit and clean. The staff is fabulous. Their service is great. I was able to send packages to the company which they put in my unit. LOVE it! That said… The maintenance of this NEW building is less than stellar. In one month we have seen broken doors, gates left open due to problems, carts for moving our stuff already have wobbly wheels. Customers deserve YSU to provide the laborers to fix, repair or replace what is not working as soon as problems arise.
