I will NEVER use lowes again. I order 4 boxes of vinyl floor. I was told the package was ready to be picked up when I got there to pick it up. Only three of the four boxes were there. They said the last one was on his way. Waited a week still nothing finally went in and they ordered another box and I was told that it was delivered with somebody’s signature on it and now they’re still saying that it’s missing. It has been three weeks now, and I am still waiting on my last box of Flooring.

The gentleman who is “the tool expert” was incredibly useless and rude. I came in looking for a part for my craftsman orbital sander, because Lowe’s is a distributor. He could not be bothered to take 1 minute to help me find a solution as they do not carry the part. His only response was “buy it online!”. I asked another associate if they knew if anyone else in the area carries parts for craftsman and the original “expert “ came back to our conversation and asked “what I didn’t understand about buying it online”. I understand retail isn’t always a fun job, but typically retailers will help find immediate solutions. This guy was extremely rude and probably way past his prime to be working with the public. This will be my last attempt at giving Lowe’s my business.
