Doesn’t have the answer to any questions …love to refer you to purchase online. If you ask for help, as I did, when I called on the phone, I got hung up on after I was told they don’t help customers who are trying to purchase things online through the Leslie website, which was confusing to me. Customer service is helping your customers purchase your products. Instead, I was hung up on and when I called back, there was no answer. My husband experienced extremely rude service when he went in person for the same thing. Just trying to get information on a pool skimmer, but this particular worker did not have the time obviously and was bothered to help anyone. Not sure if he’s an owner or a worker, but if he is a worker, the owner needs to do something. He is hurting your business.
