  The buying process at Budget alliance was excellent. They were extremely helpful. We had a maintenance problem with the blinds and customer service was excellent. Not only do they fix the problem they replace the whole blind completely a brand new blind. The service tech Chris was very professional and extremely nice

  Prompt response to initial inquiry, 5-6 days for appointment, 2-3 hours late. Called and emailed several times with follow-up questions, no response. Went with someone else.

  Overall it was a flawless experience. From the sales representative Gio at the showroom to the installers Chris. There were no issues and timing was exactly when they said they would be ready. And installation was timely and perfect fit.
