  The process of having blinds installed was very easy. They were prompt in providing an estimate and blinds came in earlier than estimated. Blind installation was seamless. Price was very fair. I would definitely recommend using them.

  The buying process at Budget alliance was excellent. They were extremely helpful. We had a maintenance problem with the blinds and customer service was excellent. Not only do they fix the problem they replace the whole blind completely a brand new blind. The service tech Chris was very professional and extremely nice

  Prompt response to initial inquiry, 5-6 days for appointment, 2-3 hours late. Called and emailed several times with follow-up questions, no response. Went with someone else.
