Hans Olligschlager at Lowe’s was extremely helpful during our visit. As small business owners, we’re in Lowe’s frequently, and he took the time to get us signed up for the rewards program and made sure we were set up with discount benefits we didn’t even realize we were eligible for.

Terrible experience with a Kitchen Cabinet project.
Rendering didn’t adequately show the plan as it was highly pixelated. I told them I wanted the exact footprint of my existing cabinets except i wanted 42” uppers. They left off a cabinet at the end which leaves me with 15” of blank space.
They disconnected all electrical lighting, microwave, counter lighting, and outlet boxes and now I am being told that I have to hire my own electrician to reconnect everything.
Seven of the cabinet doors are being replaced because they arrived defective.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Lowe’s for home renovation projects. The manager was snotty and unhelpful. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me it wouldn’t be until next week and that he would not do anything anyway.
AVOID THIS PLACE. I spent $28,000 for this project and I wish I had gone to a legitimate kitchen remodeling company.
