I told them I wanted the exact footprint of my existing cabinets except i wanted 42” uppers. They left off a cabinet at the end which leaves me with 15” of blank space. They disconnected all electrical lighting, microwave, counter lighting, and outlet boxes and now I am being told that I have to hire my own electrician to reconnect everything. Seven of the cabinet doors are being replaced because they arrived defective. Do yourself a favor and avoid Lowe’s for home renovation projects. The manager was snotty and unhelpful. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me it wouldn’t be until next week and that he would not do anything anyway. AVOID THIS PLACE. I spent $28,000 for this project and I wish I had gone to a legitimate kitchen remodeling company.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
