We went in to look at a hybrid bed rated highly online (Helix) and were glad we could try it out in person in the store.The online reviews were much better than the reality. We ended up buying a Serta Perfect Sleeper, which had way better support than the Helix and for half the price. James could have easily made a $2,000 sale on the Helix, but he listened to what we were looking for and helped find a better match for us. We’re happy customers!
