WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I picked up 10 bags of salt came home, took it all out of my car and realized they only gave me nine bags of salt. I tried to call in and I must’ve gone through four different people to finally get to potentially someone I could talk to only to be told that there was no manager on duty and then I needed to call back in the morning because there’s nothing they could do. Worst customer service ever. I’m literally thinking of canceling my credit card for them and finding another reputable place to go because honestly horrible, horrible horrible experience.
