This Lowe’s really stands out when it comes to customer service.
Tammy in Customer Service and Brandon in the Garden Center both went above and beyond. Tammy kindly offered to hold an item until I could return to pick it up, which made things incredibly convenient. Brandon was just as helpful, sharing practical gardening tips that were actually useful ... not just surface-level advice.
Experiences like this make a difference, and it’s why I look forward to shopping here again.

This Lowe’s Home Improvement in Titusville is definitely one of the older locations, but it remains a functional and useful stop for home improvement needs. The biggest advantage is its convenient location right off I-95 and Highway 50, making it easy to access without much hassle. Not the newest store, but still a practical stop when you need supplies.

Customer service is beyond bad went in at 8 am on a Friday looking for gutter parts asked an associate where are the gutters at first he ignored me and turned away then after I asked him again told me the gutters were around his house in a arrogant tone . And proceeded to walk away . I am elderly and walking at times is difficult I just want to thank him for making my life more difficult I will no longer shop at Lowe’s Home Depot never treated me that way. Jane’s husband Brett please don’t bother to respond this was not the first incident but will be the last

Really poor lumber choices
The condition of the wood is crap at best. That's the best word choice I can find.
I'd pay more for better cuts, e.g. straight not chewed or outer pieces
This last week, this store had better than HD for posts, but barely. HD was a disaster
We need a good lumber yard here
No choices if I want to build furniture.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
