They are rude, not willing to help customers, lacking in the whole customer service area. It’s turned into a Walmart feel, with Target prices. It’s truly disappointing that the people hired can bring the whole vibe from a 5 star to a 3 at best. I overheard two employees(after a customer called to see if they had faux deer skin/fur in stock) laughing, judging, and make fun of this individual(while on hold), making cheap comments to one another stating “if you want that you should go shoot one in the wild”, instead of actually putting the effort to check….you know, what you’re paid to do; I never witnessed them leave from the front. And, Irene(I believe this is her name) must have missed the entire point(or training day) of what’s required of her job position, in the customer service field. If I didn’t want to be around people, I would not have applied to a position as such. I also feel like I’m being watched the entire time I’m at the cash register, it’s awkward. Again, simple training could fix these minor issues, especially if the manager(s) want to see their store thrive.
