I said ok awesome. I wait and wait with my newborn no call go all I call back and the woman’s says “sorry we don’t have a technician available…” so I said “so you were just going to let me sit here with and not call and tell me that?”!she literally hung up the phone in my face! I gave my mom the number and they hung up on her too!

As I was leaving Lowes I walked right by the Minute Key machine. I was super impressed with this machine, easy to use, easy directions, easy payment with nice options of sending the receipt via email. That machine was a life-saver as I was in a hurry, and not impressed with the service I received from Lowes and the lack of their associate not even knowing that this machine was an option in their store.
