Lowe’s SUCKS!!! And for that matter so does Whirlpool. We purchased a refrigerator. There’s has been two attempts to deliver. Each time the damn fridge was damaged out of the box! How is this possible. Twice the very diligent delivery people have carefully opened the bow just to find out a burned power cord and the damaged doors. And this is with a white glove inspection request prior to delivery. Corporate America is killing the American spirit! DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL OR AT LOWES!

Usually have really great experiences here as we are here all the time, but today was unfortunately not one of those days.
I was getting items at the store for my father (100% disabled Army Vet) and plugged in his number. Unfortunately I did not have his card on me and was trying to show him with his military ID on the FaceTime and the cashier (Yesi) was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes, gave the nastiest attitude, huffed and puffed, placed her weight on the counter top while staring at the ceiling continuing the rude and abrasive behavior. I then said to forget it because I didn’t want to tick her off more and she continued with the rudeness, so I used my number instead of giving my father points for his items and left. Yesi was completely unprofessional and I personally have never been treated so rudely by a worker. I understand not everyone likes their job and sometimes we have to work to live vs live to work, but that is not how you treat people. People are Lowe’s are ALWAYS the nicest, friendliest, and caring people I know that always try and go the extra mile to help (which is why we always give them our business), but today she completely put a bad taste in our mouths. I hope it was just a bad day and that she is not like that with everyone, but it’s still no excuse to act in such an unprofessional manner. However, the man at the paint counter was FANTASTIC. Super helpful and so nice, we kept him busy trying to find the perfect paint color but it did not seem to burden him. That’s what we usually love about Lowe’s!
