Also didnt give me a full refund on my shipping either. When I contacted customer service about it they said they had refunded the whole amount but the email receipt clearly shows they didnt. Its not about the extra few bucks but the principal of the matter. I did not receive my order and they said they could not process replacements so therefore the whole amount should have been refunded.
